As a Clinical Education Specialist, you will :
- Lead & Implement Clinical Training Programs - Design and deliver educational initiatives that meet regulatory standards and strengthen clinical competency for licensed and unlicensed nursing staff.
- Support Staff Development & Performance - Assess skill gaps, adapt teaching methods to learning styles, and provide real-time, judgment-free feedback and re-education.
- Act as a Clinical Resource & Mentor - Serve as a super-user for electronic health records, support onboarding and ongoing competency assessments, and offer guidance on care best practices.
- Collaborate on Care & Quality Initiatives - Partner with leadership on new clinical programs, infection control strategies, and quality improvement efforts.

This job also requires :
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota.Current BLS certification.BLS Instructor certification (or willingness to obtain).Experience in adult education, long-term care, project management, and EHR training preferred.Knowledge of gerontologic nursing and relevant specialties, including Assisted LivingStrong clinical skills, communication, and relationship-building abilities.Organizational, time management, and computer skills, including Microsoft Office.Physical capability to perform all essential job functions.Ability to pass state mandated background checks.Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with team members, residents, and staff.Additional Details :
