Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding support to inbound callers regarding Health Spending Account inquiries
Assist with enrollment related to Health Spending Account programs
Ensure compliance and accountability in processing transactions accurately and timely
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience with healthcare-related spending accounts (FSA, HSA, DCA, HRA) is required
5+ years of experience with Health Spending Accounts is ideal
Strong customer-centric mindset and comfort level with technology
Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
Team player mentality with a focus on excellence
