Job Description : We are looking for a highly motivated and technically capable Technical Support Representative to join our team. You will serve as a front-line support contact for our customers using 3D printers in the dental and jewelry industries. Your work will involve hands-on troubleshooting, hardware repair, sample printing, and customer training. This is an on-site role based in our Miami, FL office.
Key Responsibilities :
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot our dental and jewelry 3D printers and resinsDiagnose and resolve technical issues (hardware and software)Perform printer repairs, including motherboard replacements, calibrations, and hardware part installationsMake sample prints for customer demonstrationsProvide technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop toolsUse and troubleshoot CAD and slicing software (e.g., Chitubox, Rhino, Blender, DentaSoft)Keep accurate records of customer issues and resolutions in our CRM systemCollaborate with the R&D and Sales team on technical feedback and improvementsAssist with onboarding and training new customersUse desktop and intraoral scanners for testing workflowsVisit client offices for technical support or installation as neededAttend industry trade shows and provide on-site event supportPackage and ship demo / sample kits when requiredQualifications :
Technical mindset with hands-on troubleshooting skillsPrior experience with 3D printing (especially resin-based systems) is preferredFamiliarity with slicing software, CAD / CAM programs, and digital design toolsStrong communication and customer service skillsMechanically inclined and able to perform small hardware repairsOrganized and able to keep clear documentation and internal recordsReliable, accountable, and committed to delivering quality supportAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentSpanish and / or Portuguese fluency is a plusClean and professional work habitsWillingness to learn and grow with the companyRespectful, patient, and positive team playerValid Driver's License (required)
