The Actuarial Analyst I is an entry level position that leads, for the successful candidate, ultimately to a role of significant importance to the success of Generali’s travel insurance line of business. A comprehensive exam program including financial support and study time is provided for highly motivated candidates who can progress through the examinations of the Casualty Actuarial Society, ultimately leading to Associateship or Fellowship in the CAS. Programming aptitude and interest is critical to success in this role. This position provides support to more senior and managing actuaries in the areas of data acquisition, presentation, reconciliation, actuarial rate indications, loss reserve analysis, and / or financial modeling. The Actuarial Analyst I will perform routine actuarial analyses under close supervision.

This is a hybrid role based out of our San Diego, CA office. As a hybrid role, you will be working onsite 2-3 days a week and working from home 2-3 days a week.

Time for Take-off :

While there is some flexibility in the hours, this position will be Monday-Friday during regular business hours (approx. 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm). Occasional overtime may be required according to business need.
