Job Description
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to streamline communication and resolve issues promptly. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation. Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies. Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders. Lead project meetings to discuss updates, challenges, and next steps with all involved parties. Identify and mitigate risks to prevent delays or cost overruns. Maintain a focus on quality and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have : a solid understanding of construction management principles, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management; strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders; proficiency in project management software and tools commonly used in the construction industry; a results-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities; strong communication skills to convey project updates, expectations, and requirements clearly.
