About the Role

We're looking for a talented Frontend Software Engineer to join our team and help build the next generation of cloud-based applications. You'll work at the intersection of design and engineering, crafting elegant user experiences that push the boundaries of what's possible in modern web applications.

Location :   Must be able to commute to the Herndon, VA office once a week.

What You'll Do

  • Build exceptional user experiences by developing modern, responsive frontend applications, microsites using cutting-edge technologies and frameworks
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with UX / UI designers, and other engineers to deliver seamless, end-to-end solutions
  • Architect for scale by creating reusable component libraries and frontend frameworks that accelerate development across the organization
  • Drive innovation by embracing emerging web standards, championing best practices, and exploring the frontiers of browser capabilities

What We're Looking For

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience : 2+ years of professional web development experience, ideally with cloud-based SaaS products
  • Core Technologies :

    • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript

  • Hands-on experience building Single Page Applications (Angular preferred)
  • Expert-level knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling approaches
  • Deep understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development
  • API Integration : Proven experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
  • Cross-browser Expertise : Solid grasp of browser compatibility issues and effective solutions
  • Problem-Solving : Exceptional analytical and debugging skills with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Agile Mindset : Experience working in agile / scrum environments with continuous delivery practices
  • Learning Orientation : Self-motivated learner who stays current with evolving web technologies

    • Nice to Have

  • Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, AWS DynamoDB)
  • Familiarity with modern frontend tooling (Webpack, npm / yarn)
  • Knowledge of state management patterns and libraries
  • Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress)
  • Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • Exposure to CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices
