Job Overview

Were looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing GTM team.

As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for many of our prospects. Youll play a critical role in building pipeline, identifying qualified opportunities, and partnering closely with Account Executives (AEs) to accelerate CelerDatas growth across global markets.

This role is ideal for someone who is curious about data and cloud technologies, enjoys engaging with people, and wants to develop a long-term career in enterprise sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and prospect target accounts through outbound channels (email, LinkedIn, calls, events).
• Respond to and qualify inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns, webinars, Slack channels, and events.
• Conduct initial discovery calls to assess prospect needs and fit using frameworks MEDDIC.
• Book and manage high-quality meetings or demos for the AE team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in Salesforce (or equivalent CRM).
• Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and feedback from the field.
• Achieve and exceed weekly / monthly KPIs (e.g., qualified opportunities, meetings booked, conversion rate).
• Stay informed about CelerData and StarRocks product capabilities, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
