Maintenance Technician - Paros Vineland (Vistana) ~ Orlando, FL

As a Maintenance Technician, you will maintain the physical integrity of the community by ensuring a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors, and staff maintenance responsibilities.

What You Will Do :

• Diagnose and perform minor or routine preventative maintenance or repair on all units and equipment
• Remove and transfer heavy appliances and equipment from storage area to apartment (or vice versa) as circumstances warrant
• Inspect and help coordinate all needed make-ready repairs and services of apartments after move out
• Use expert knowledge to abide by pertinent laws and EPA and OSHA regulations governing proper storage and management of hazardous materials
• Create and assist with work orders to ensure they are completed in a timely manner
• Schedule vendors and contractors / responsible for curb appeal
• Ensure all amenities and grounds are finished and ready for review
• Walk move-outs to assess damages / issues and reports results to the Maintenance Supervisor
