A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Procurement.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and implement procurement activities for raw materials, goods, and services
Negotiate with suppliers and analyze their operations to determine pricing and quality factors
Manage contract awards and ensure compliance with delivery schedules
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of procurement experience or 2-year post-secondary / AA Degree with 6 years of procurement experience
In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of prior related procurement experience is required
Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or (DFAR) is preferred
Knowledge of procurement documentation and methods for analyzing quality of goods and services
Ability to conduct price analysis and simple proposal evaluations
