Key Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries through various channels while maintaining professionalism and efficiency
Present and discuss products and services accurately to both internal and external customers
Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, focusing on first call resolution and customer retention
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or GED required; college degree or professional certification preferred
Experience with computer programs such as Microsoft Office and internet browsers
Bi-lingual (Spanish) skills are a plus
Ability to meet quality and productivity expectations
Recent telecommuting experience is a plus
