Role Overview :

We seek a passionate Fashion Advisor with a flair for client service and fashion expertise. You will deliver exceptional service to clients, enhance client conversion and retention, and promote brand loyalty. You will collaborate with a diverse sales team and report to the Boutique’s leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop new customer relationships, converting walk-ins into clients and brand ambassadors by creating excitement around our products and brand.
• Enhance the client experience with prompt, professional, and courteous service.
• Build genuine relationships through thoughtful outreach.
• Exceed client expectations by maintaining a positive, can-do attitude.
• Manage repairs and follow up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.
