job_description.job_card.job_descriptionMonitor and control access to the manufacturing and industrial location, verifying credentials and authorizations for entry and exit. Assist visitors, employees, and contractors by providing information and guidance regarding access procedures and site-specific policies. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and security-related incidents. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and procedures. Document and report all security-related activities, observations, and incidents as required by Allied Universal and client protocols. Collaborate with site management and Allied Universal team members to address access control concerns and support emergency response activities as needed. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Applicants must be at least 21 years of age. CPR and / or First Aid certification is preferred. A valid Guard Card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only. Security Professional - Manufacturing Access Control Patrol
As a Security Professional - Manufacturing Access Control Patrol in Aberdeen, MD, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more.

What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
