About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our Customer Support team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing advanced machine learning solutions to enhance the customer support experience and optimize our support processes. This is an hourly, full-time position where you will have the opportunity to design and implement innovative AI-driven solutions, enabling smarter and more efficient ways to serve our customers while contributing to a collaborative and dynamic working environment.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement machine learning models to improve customer support workflows and automate routine tasks.
- Collaborate with the Customer Support team to identify key areas where machine learning can add value and provide actionable insights.
- Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of deployed machine learning solutions to ensure high accuracy and reliability.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning tools and systems into existing support platforms.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for enhancing customer experience.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in machine learning technologies and apply them to address business challenges.
- Document processes, algorithms, and decisions to maintain clear communication within the team and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or a similar role, preferably with applications in customer support or service optimization.Strong programming skills in Python, R, or other relevant programming languages.Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.Excellent understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and sentiment analysis is a plus.Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.The pay range for this role is :
23.44 - 29.44 USD per hour(NEPA)
