Job Description

Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects. Manage project timelines, ensuring milestones are met on schedule. Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and goals. Oversee procurement processes and negotiate contracts with vendors. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays effectively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout project lifecycle. Provide accurate and timely reports on project status and financials.
