About Us

The Round Lake Area Park District Dance Program is more than just a dance studioits a vibrant community where creativity, passion, and movement come to life. We are expanding our program for Fall 2025and actively seeking passionate, skilled Dance Instructorsto join our team. If you love sharing your expertise, inspiring students, and being part of a dynamic and supportive environment, we want to hear from you.

Who Were Looking For

  • Passionate dancers and teachers with experience in at least two styles
  • Previous teaching experience preferred
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods for different skill levels and learning styles
  • Availability for evening and / or weekend classes

    What Youll Do

  • Teach engaging and energetic dance classes
  • Inspire students and help them build confidence
  • Choreograph routines for performances and recitals
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and fun environment
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff
