The Quality Manager will lead the Quality department in developing and maintaining world class quality status. The ideal candidate will be an inspirational leader with a proven ability to lead change initiatives that align with organizational objectives and recognized quality standards such as ISO 9001.## Job Description Duties / Responsibilities : Implements quality control and quality assurance processes, procedures, and manual in accordance with ISO standards.Drafts and maintains standard operating procedures, manuals, and documentation for the manufacturing and QA processes.Coordinates employee efforts to ensure efficient production and manufacturing lines.Maintains Electronic quality management system by training and administrating necessary updates.Facilitates communication among production departments and management.Drafts and implements policies and procedures to improve the manufacturing process and the quality of goods produced.Drafts and maintains logs, records, and other documentation of testing procedures, methodologies, and criteria.Maintains records of test results, defects identified, and other key metrics related to quality control.Analyzes quality control test results and offers feedback and interpretations of those results to production management or staff.Maintains knowledge of trends, developments, and technological advances in the applicable industry and in the quality control field.Monitors and periodically reports on production quality, nonconformance, trends, and underlying causes of defects in products or processes.Acts as a filer point for all internal and external audits.Conduct Internal audits.Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Skills / Abilities : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Understanding of quality control standards and methodology.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong supervisory and leadership skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Education and Experience : Bachelor's degree in related industrial, scientific, or business field preferred.At least three years of related experience in manufacturing and production required.Requires up to 25% travel to other purple facilities.
