Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Regional Development Manager to lead sales execution and team development across Texas and Oklahoma. This role focuses on driving strategic growth, coaching a frontline sales team in insight-based selling, and building strong partnerships with distributors and key foodservice operators. The ideal candidate will be a motivated leader with a deep understanding of the foodservice market and a passion for delivering results.
Territory : Texas (75%) / Oklahoma (25%)
Travel Requirement : Travel by car and / or air within assigned territory and to meetings as necessary. Estimated to be about 50% of the time.
