JOB TITLE : Groundskeeper

DEPARTMENT : IMR

LOCATION : Dublin, TX

PAY : $17 / hr

SUMMARY : Our Groundskeeper is responsible for performing various tasks such as operating lawn equipment, upkeep of grounds and equipment, and other duties to ensure smooth and efficient operation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES :

• Lawn maintenance and upkeep.
• Pasture and fence maintenance.
• General barn, grounds, and equipment maintenance.
• Regular use of tractors and implements.
• Maintain cleanliness of the barn and equipment daily.
• Use power washers to clean buildings, equipment, and other structures.
• Assist with other duties as needed, including irrigation, general upkeep, or other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
