SAYN is hiring an Amazon Advertising & Growth Director. This position will be fully in office, in our Miami, FL headquarters. There is no option for Hybrid or Remote; relocation assistance will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the Amazon growth strategy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with brand managers and purchasing teams
  • Collaborate on listing optimization (SEO, keywords, images, titles & bullets) with the brand managers

Advertising & Performance Marketing

  • Lead and execute Amazon PPC (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP) and paid media campaigns
  • Optimize ad spend, ACoS and ROAS, defined by each brand's goals

    • Analytics & Reporting

  • Building out reporting to share with the internal brand managers and the brands
  • Communicating strategy with brands

    • Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Amazon marketplace experience, with at least 3 in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of scaling 7–8 figure Amazon businesses
  • Deep expertise in Amazon Ads (PPC, DSP, Sponsored Brands / Display)
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and Perpetua
  • Highly analytical with experience in tools such as Smartscout, Helium10, JungleScout, and Perpetua
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to manage teams and external partners
  • Excellent communication skills and organization
