We are seeking a Registered Nurse Case Manager / Discharge Planning / Utilization Review to join our team!!

Schedule : 8AM-4 : 30PM, M-F

Registered Nurse Case Manager / Discharge Planning / Utilization Review at Baylor Scott & White Orthopedic and Spine Hospital – Arlington :

The RN Case Manager oversees discharge planning and utilization review at BOSHA, including :

Coordinating safe discharges and post-acute placements.

Ensuring compliance with CMS / Medicare requirements.

Reconciling patient status, orders, and payer authorizations.

Completing InterQual reviews, authorizations, and managing denials / PCRs.

Required Skills :

Education / License :

Current license as a Registered Nurse in TX

CCM preferred

Required Experience :

One to three years' experience in Case Management.

1 year Utilization Review and Acute Care experience required.

Relevant clinical experience preferred.

Demonstrate competent communication and leadership skills.

Knowledge of Joint Commission, CMS, Private Insurance and TDSHS standards.

Basic computer knowledge. Word and Excel preferred

Possess the ability to make independent decisions and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
