Job Title : Welder (MIG / TIG) - Multiple Shifts Available

Shifts : 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts Available

Pay Range : $20 - $30 per hour (Based on Experience)

Position Overview : As a Welder you will be responsible for performing MIG and TIG welding on a variety of materials to create high-quality products. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and welding procedures
• Set up and operate welding equipment (MIG and TIG)
• Weld materials in accordance with established procedures and quality standards
• Perform visual inspections of welds to ensure they meet quality requirements
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve production goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications :

Previous experience as a Welder with expertise in MIG and TIG welding

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications

Knowledge of welding techniques, metallurgy, and fabrication processes

Strong attention to detail and precision

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Basic math skills and the ability to accurately measure and cut materials

Pay Range : The pay range for this position is $20 - $30 per hour, based on experience and skill level.
