💼 Superintendent – Industrial Projects

📍 Location : North Alabama

💰 Salary : $95,000 - $126,000

💪 Experience : 10+ years in industrial construction superintendent / field management

About the Role

Lead industrial construction projects across North Alabama! You’ll manage daily site operations, coordinate subcontractors, enforce safety and quality standards, mentor junior staff, and work closely with Project Managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of industrial construction experience in North Alabama
  • Strong knowledge of codes, standards, and industrial best practices
  • Skilled in construction management / scheduling software
  • Leadership, supervision, and communication skills
  • Preferred : tilt-wall, commercial, institutional, or medical project experience
  • Willingness to travel extensively
