The HVAC Service Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the residential HVAC service department. This includes supervising technicians, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling escalated service issues, and helping drive team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of residential HVAC service technicians
- Oversee scheduling, dispatching, and work quality
- Provide technical guidance and training to technicians
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Monitor KPIs, service revenue, and departmental performance
- Help with hiring, onboarding, and coaching of team members
- Enforce safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of residential HVAC service experienceMinimum 3 years of team leadership or management experienceStrong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skillsWorking knowledge of HVAC systems, diagnostics, and repair proceduresValid driver’s license and clean driving recordEPA certification (required); additional certifications a plusWhat We Offer
