Position Summary
This professional licensed physical therapy role focuses on treating patients with pelvic dysfunction, in addition to patients with other musculoskeletal disorders. The Pelvic Health Physical Therapist delivers tailored care aimed at conditions affecting the pelvic floor and associated issues. They collaborate with individuals across all ages and genders to tackle concerns such as urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, pelvic organ prolapse, and sexual dysfunction. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive evaluations, creating customized treatment plans, and applying a range of therapeutic methods, such as manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, and educational support, along with advising on lifestyle changes.
