Proposal Analyst Sr. / Lvl 3 / Orlando, FL

You will be a Senior Proposal Analyst, responsible for estimating material costs of manufacturing a product based on request for proposal (RFP) data. Our team is committed to delivering accurate and timely cost estimates to support business decisions.

What You Will Be Doing As a Senior Proposal Analyst, you will analyze specifications, calculate production costs, and collect cost data from functional representatives, subcontractors, and vendors. You will compute cost estimates, prepare and maintain historical cost data, and create cost models for cost estimating elements. Your responsibilities will include :

• Analyzing specifications and calculating production costs
• Collecting cost data from functional representatives, subcontractors, and vendors
• Computing cost estimates and preparing historical cost data
• Creating cost models and preparing reports to present to management and stakeholders
• Presenting findings to management, contracts personnel, customer representatives, and price auditors

This position is in Orlando. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim secret is required to start.

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Operations or Supply Chain Management or related discipline is desired. Experience with Request for Proposals (RFP), Materials estimating and Purchase Requisition Request (PRR) Familiarity with SAP MRP and P2P MCE Familiar with the production process, Materials Requirements Planning (MRP), SAP Procure to Pay (P2P), Materials Cost Estimating (MCE) tool and Windchill PLM software.

Pay Rate : The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $73,800 - $130,180. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidates final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
