Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist rehabilitation nurses with delegated rehabilitation treatment and patient care as per hospital and regulatory guidelines.
  • Perform tasks under the supervision of rehabilitation nurses.
  • Utilize effective communication skills with patients, families, and team members.
  • Foster an environment that prioritizes patient-centered treatment and safety.
  • Learn about and cater to each patient's physical, mental, and emotional needs.
  • Build rewarding relationships with patients and colleagues.

  • Qualifications :

  • CNA license is required.
  • CPR certification required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience with general office equipment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and meet deadlines confidently.
  • Physical ability to lift, lower, and assist patients; able to handle objects weighing a minimum of 30 pounds.
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential.
  • Dressing code adherence, including wearing an ID badge.

    Starting pay of $22.50 / hr or greater based on experience.
