Pay Information

$200 to $281 per hour

About The Position

Facility Type : Critical Access Hospital
Trauma Level : Adult Level IV
Operating Rooms : 3 + Cysto + Endoscopy suite
Team : 1 MD + 4 autonomous CRNAs
Case Load : 5–20 cases / day (includes endoscopy & cataracts); 2–4 rooms running daily

Case Types :

Ortho, General Surgery, ENT, Podiatry, Urology, Healthy Peds, OB / GYN, Endoscopy

Excluded : Neuro, Cardiac, Spine

Skills Required :

Spinals, OB, Epidurals

Endoscopy

Peripheral Nerve Blocks

Ultrasound-guided procedures

PICC line preferred (not required)

Active Oregon CRNA License (must be licensed in OR)

Board Certification (required)

DEA preferred

BLS / ACLS / PALS (preferred standard)

COVID-19 vaccination required (medical / religious exemptions accepted)

New graduates accepted
