We are looking for an experienced Trust and Estates Paralegal to join our team in Radnor, Pennsylvania. This Contract-to-permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute your expertise in probate, estate administration, and litigation. Responsibilities :

  • Assist attorneys in managing probate and estate administration matters, including preparing necessary legal documents.
  • Conduct legal research related to wills, trusts, and estate tax returns to support case strategies.
  • Coordinate discovery processes, including gathering and organizing relevant documents.
  • Manage case files using specialized software to ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Prepare for trials by organizing materials, drafting trial binders, and liaising with witnesses.
  • File legal documents with courts and ensure compliance with all procedural requirements.
  • Handle communication with clients regarding case updates and legal processes.
  • Support civil litigation efforts through document review and case preparation.
  • Collaborate with attorneys to ensure deadlines are met and cases progress efficiently.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a paralegal, with recent experience in trust and estate law.
  • Proficiency in case management software and legal document filing processes.
  • Strong understanding of probate law and estate administration procedures.
  • Familiarity with wills, estate tax returns, and related legal documentation.
  • Experience with civil litigation, including discovery and trial preparation.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for client interactions.
