Unitek Technical Services provides supplier management, development, and related technical services to corporations around the world.

Job Outline : Has to track and process internal forms (GT108 for New Supplier and Add Special Processes to current suppliers) and assign Audits to be performed at the supplier. Must identify issues with internal forms and determine whom / how to fix the form to have the request continue in the process. Must maintain an approved Auditors list by Processes in internal systems, help with getting them approved. Must help communicate, possibly instruct with GE Aviation Auditors to coordinate audits, extend or move out planned audits on a daily basis. Must create Audits, void Audits, reactivate Audits, reassign Audits, issue certifications to Suppliers, track pending Certifications, and transfer Audits in GE Aviation's internal software. Track Corrective Actions making sure assign to correct person and closed out in timely manner. Must notify Quality System people when new Suppliers are being processed. Must work with IT group to update software to continue to meet organizations needs. Will be responsible for monthly reports to show progress of audits and pending audits. Position requires :

Notes : GE provides a desk, phone, and computer equipment. The preferred candidate would be detail oriented with good computer skills and a background in manufacturing quality. Training will be provided on the system applications that are used and the process for reviewing the documentation provided by the suppliers. W2 contract. Location : Cincinatti OH. Frequency : Part-time / 20-24 hrs. per week (3 days / week). Duration : Long-term.
