Your Impact :

As an Registered Medication Technician, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our residents' wellness by :

Administering medications accurately and in accordance with state regulations

Monitoring residents for medication side effects and reporting concerns to nursing staff

Assisting residents with daily living activities as needed

Supporting a positive and safe environment for residents and team members

Collaborating with nurses, caregivers, and leadership to ensure quality care

What We’re Looking For :

Current RMA or Medication Aide Certification in Virginia

Previous experience in senior living or healthcare preferred

Compassionate, dependable, and committed to resident-centered care

Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
