job_description.job_card.job_descriptionGym membership allowance $400 monthly car allowance (no driving required) Onsite cafe for lunch, game room, private call booths, and private call room in office Average bonus potential is minimum $225-$700+per month Collaborate with your BDM daily, whether through sales ops or a daily focus session Make 50 calls a day for your territory to try and schedule appointments Data entry into our CRM, including accounts, contacts, and cell phones Assigned to 1 hour per day, dedicated to covering the Salesbox Quarterly and yearly projects Email marketing Hit all Key Performance indicators (KPI) for the role, in addition to working with your BDM daily to help grow and maintain their territory Assist with data entry and inbox management Keep the BDM’s schedule full This is NOT a call center, nor a support role, this is an inside account management role that works collaboratively with an outside sales representative Ability to speak well on the phone and handle any difficult customers and prospects in a professional manner Communicate well through all communication avenues, emails, phone, text, in-person Organized Works well in a team setting Great computer skills and able to learn multiple systems in a timely manner Attendance and time management Comfortable making outbound dials daily

The inside account manager would partner with the assigned business development manager to manage the territory effectively. You want to be a productive addition to your territory’s growth and really make it your own. You will work with the BDM on scheduling appointments and will rely heavily on team communication. The IAM also has responsibilities outside its BDM partnership that require someone with a good handle on various systems.
