Reports To : TRIM Department Manager

Position Summary : We are seeking a candidate with experience relevant to the duties and responsibilities outlined below. As a member of the Home Building Team, you will be responsible for performing manufacturing and production operations within the TRIM DEPARTMENT, following established production methods and maintaining safe work practices to ensure efficiency and safety throughout the home building process.

• The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring attention to detail and adaptability.
• Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong ability to read a tape measure accurately and make precise cuts is required.

Pay Range & Benefits : Clayton Redwood Falls offers a competitive total compensation package. Benefits include Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Paid Vacation, 401K, Long and Short-Term Disability, and Tuition Reimbursement. Compensation for this role is $25.00 / hour. This position is an HOURLY position, and the pay range does not include variable bonuses.
