As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in fostering employee engagement and driving a culture of feedback and performance. Your expertise will contribute to organizational effectiveness by partnering with HR peers to embed initiatives in learning, talent management, and organizational development. You will guide leaders and employees on employment matters, ensuring fairness, compliance, and risk mitigation, while enabling leadership and change through coaching and change management support.

Responsibilities

Work Environment

The work environment is a manufacturing plant operating from 8 AM to 5 PM. The team consists of 270 people with a wide range of skill sets and levels. The position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with key stakeholders in a continuously growing business.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00 / yr. All active, full-time employees regularly scheduled to work at least 40 hours per week are eligible to participate in the benefits program first of the month following date of hire. Eligible participants include the employee, legal spouse, or eligible domestic partner (same or opposite sex) and children up to age 26.
