Description
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a full-time Assistant Engineer working as a Hydraulics / Hydrology Engineer in our Water Resources’ Flood and Drainage group. The position entails performing civil technical analyses, hydrologic / hydraulic modeling, project scheduling, site inspections, and construction cost estimating.
This is a staffed, hourly, non-exempt position.
A day in the life as a Wood Rodgers' Assistant Engineer
- Performing as a member of an interdisciplinary design team managed by a Senior Level Project Engineer.
- Field review of project to understand existing drainage conditions and facilities.
- Preparing technical analyses for a wide array of projects in both the Private and Public sectors.
- Hydrologic and Hydraulic Analyses.
- Preparing Technical Reports.
