HR Generalist

The HR Generalist will provide day-to-day responsibilities around HR processes, including metrics analysis, talent initiatives, data integrity, and performance management. The role involves liaising with recruiting, shared services, compensation & benefits, and talent management leaders on various HR processes, with an emphasis on improving HR practices and processes continually.

Responsibilities :

• Improve HR practices and processes continually, leveraging information systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work with leadership to make relevant modifications to new or existing policies and procedures via creation, documentation, and maintenance of standard policies.
• Partner with HR and functional managers to enhance an environment in which employees are actively engaged in helping to improve the business.
• Provide guidance on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
• Actively engage as a change agent in support of business priorities to build high-performing, effective teams.
• Assist with Global Mobility initiatives for the corporate population.

Job Type & Location :

This is a Contract position based out of Carson, California.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $36.00 / hr.
