About the Facility Location The facility is located near Tulsa, OK. About the Clinician's Workday This position is at a Level 1 Trauma Center with a wide variety of cases, including General, Pediatrics, Orthopedics, OB / GYN (CRNAs do not place epidurals but do place spinals for C-sections), Spines, Trauma, Urology, Endoscopy, GI, and Neuro. There are no heart cases, major trauma, or high-risk pediatric cases. Cases begin at 7 : 00 AM, and scheduling options include 3x12s, 4x10s, or 5x8s. If working 4x10s, providers must be available on Mondays, with Mondays and Fridays being the most critical coverage days.
