The Tennessee Fair Housing Council (TFHC) is hiring a Staff Attorney. TFHC is a private, nonprofit organization based in Nashville, Tennessee. Our mission is to eliminate housing discrimination in Tennessee.

This is a full-time exempt position. The salary range is $70,000-$80,000 depending on experience. Benefits include paid health, dental, and vision insurance for employees with the option to add family members at the employee's expense; accrual of 2 days of paid time off per month; paid holidays; and a remote work environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Admitted to practice law in Tennessee
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• High capacity to focus on tasks and meet deadlines
• Skilled with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
