Schedule Night shifts, 3x12-hour schedule (18 : 45 - 07 : 15). Job Description We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with experience in Medical Surgical and Oncology. The ideal candidate should possess a strong foundation in managing a diverse patient population with general medical-surgical diagnoses and a focus on oncology care. The role may require floating to similar units and alternate care locations as needed. Responsibilities Administer chemotherapy / biotherapy via IV, PO, or injection. Manage patients with conditions such as DKA, AKI, sepsis, septic shock, and other complex medical-surgical diagnoses. Provide care related to wound management and isolation precautions. Perform blood product administration, access ports, and manage peripheral lines. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient care. Participate in storm or hurricane teams as required, and respond to catastrophic events or mass casualties. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of Medical Surgical nursing experience. Oncology experience preferred, or willingness to obtain ONC certification. Current BLS certification is required. Preferred certifications : Chemo (ONS / ONCC), CPI. Experience with IV therapy, phlebotomy, central line care, and blood product administration.
