Overview

Am Law 200 law firm with offices in Atlanta and Washington, D.C., is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to support our D.C. office who will provide high-level paralegal support to attorneys in the firm's Real Estate Practice and the affordable housing team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of ten (10) years' experience as a paralegal with heavy emphasis on real estate transactions in a law firm or in the real estate industry.

Base pay range

$90,000.00 / yr - $130,000.00 / yr

Job Details

We are on the hunt for a seasoned Hybrid Real Estate Legal Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. This role involves a diverse range of tasks requiring a deep understanding of real estate law, exceptional organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will be involved in various aspects of real estate transactions, including legal research, document preparation, title surveys, financing and government review submissions, and complex closings.
