Job Description :

Leads by example through servant leadership values

Promotes the company mission, vision, values, and brand

Develops and maintains strong relationships with funders, staff, partners and employers

Sets strategy for successful operations taking into consideration funder, local area and organizational needs

Fosters a positive, inclusive and accountable culture

Establishes a motivational, collaborative, and innovative work environment that fosters excellent customer experience and results

Provides leadership, financial management oversight, manages staff, and monitors performance management.

Provides ongoing training and communication to ensure staff are always up to date on new processes and changes.

Ensures compliance to meet or exceed expectations.

Maintains relationships with the City of Chicago and partners.

Responsible for meeting the goals and objectives outlined in the contract.

Ensures all laws, rules and regulations are followed as outlined by the contract.

Engages partner organizations to assist guests with needed services both onsite and offsite.

Manages relationships with hotel(s), food, security and other vendors as appropriate.

Ensures a positive guest experience.

Performs quality assurance monitoring.

Fosters a positive culture.

Ensures proper practices regarding record keeping, control systems, and reporting.

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience

Five (5) years' professional experience organizing / developing programs at a management level with two (2) years of senior management

Effective planning, training and supervisory abilities

Ability to effectively delegate, monitor, and evaluate complex programs

Possess excellent human resource and management skills

Strong communication skills

Experience in working in a culturally diverse community setting

Bilingual preferred

Intermediate level MS Office Skills

Proof of valid driver's license and liability insurance may be required
