Important Requirement :
This is a Virtual Assistant position. We will only consider applications that meet the listed qualifications.
Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative support to management and staff remotely.
- Handle scheduling, email management, and client communication.
- Assist with data entry, file organization, and record keeping.
- Support social media updates and online correspondence.
- Help coordinate virtual meetings, agendas, and follow-ups.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus).Proficient in remote collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, MS Office).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.Strong attention to detail and time management.Prior virtual assistance experience is a plus but not required.Benefits

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Associate’s degree with experience also considered).Proven organizational and project management skills.Proficiency in social media platforms, MS Office, and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics).Strong written and verbal communication skills.Creative thinker with attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.Previous marketing experience preferred, but motivated candidates with relevant skills are encouraged to apply.
