Job Opportunity : 26? Box Truck Driver At Ezway Delivery

Compensation : $20.50 / hour

Shift : Average 8-hour shifts; schedule runs seven days a week (including weekends)

As a 26? Box Truck Driver at Ezway Delivery, you'll ensure that Amazon Prime freight moves safely and on-time. You'll start and end each shift at Warehouse WMO1, perform your own loading / unloading, and follow a GPS-coordinated route through our service area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pre-Trip Inspection : Conduct DOT-required safety checks (brakes, lights, tires, secure cargo, etc.)
  • Load & Unload : Secure packages and freight with straps or load bars in your truck
  • Follow Your Route : Adhere to GPS directions, planned stops, and all traffic laws
  • Deliver with Care : Provide professional, courteous service at every delivery
  • Vehicle Maintenance : Keep your box truck clean, fueled, and report any maintenance issues immediately
  • Compliance & Reporting : Maintain accurate logs in the ELD system, report delays or safety concerns to management

    Qualifications

  • Driver's License : Valid Missouri Class E (non-CDL) driver's license (or equivalent state license)
  • Experience : Prior experience driving 26? box trucks, U-Haul, or similar vehicles
  • DOT Compliance : Ability to pass and maintain a DOT physical, drug & alcohol testing, and hold a current medical card
  • Regulations Knowledge : Familiarity with FMCSA Hours-of-Service rules and use of Electronic Logging Devices
  • Physical Requirements : Able to lift and carry freight up to 75 lbs and perform repetitive loading tasks
  • Tech Savvy : Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for routing and delivery confirmations
  • Work Ethic : Self-motivated, punctual, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
