Position Summary : The Director of FP&A will be responsible for building a team that monitors and measures performance, forecasts, plans and provides business analysis with a heavy focus on driving profitability. The team is responsible for improving our current capability / modeling as well as working across a matrix organization to measure impact of key organizational initiatives. This Director will reporting into our VP, FP&A and support our Chief Commercial Officer.

Responsibilities

• Performs economic research and studies of rates of return, depreciation and investments
• Analyzes profit-and-loss income statements and creates / prepares reports and recommendations to management
• Generates forecasts and analyzes trends in sales, finance and other areas of business
• Researches economic progression and benchmarks to assist the organization's financial planning
• Creates financial models of "what if" scenarios for future business planning decisions in areas such as new product development, new marketing strategies, etc.
• Oversees the work of multiple subordinate managerial staff to include managers and senior managers.
• Participates with other senior managers to establish strategic plans and objectives.
• Makes final decisions on administrative or operational matters and ensures operations' effective achievement of objectives.
• Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of the company.
• Participates in corporate development of methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for projects, programs, and people knowledge of the company.
• Ensures budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements.
• Establishes function, sub-function strategy and long-term direction and resource planning and allocation; establishes 13-year plans and manages work and outcomes to achieve strategy.

Location : North Carolina

Compensation Range : $151,400.00 - $270,400.00

Compensation Frequency : Annual

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
