Volt has partnered with a company in Irvine to  help identify an experienced HR Specialist for immediate hire.

As an HR Coordinator you will assist with :

• Providing HR support to an average of 100-200 employees.
• Workers compensation administration; processing of claims
• Benefits administration; LOA, health insurance, retirement plans
• Onboarding and new hire orientations
• Credentialing of new hires an making sure all existing employees are in compliance
• HR documentation and reporting
• Maintenance of confidential HR data
• Reception coverage

This role is working 100% onsite at company site in Irvine. Standard hours are M-F from 8am – 5pm.  Position can go temp to hire OR direct hire.

Pay Rate : $65K
