Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Clear tables of dishware and napkins after meals, and return them to the kitchen
- Keep floors and chairs near dining tables clean by sweeping and mopping
- Maintain appropriate stock levels of glassware, silverware, and dishware
- Clean, sanitize, and reset tables after meals
- Refill salt, pepper, and other condiments at tables
- Assist servers with food delivery
- Keep designated service stations clean and well stocked
- Complete opening / running / closing side work duties as assigned
- Assist teammates with opening / running / closing side work duties upon request
Qualifications and Skills
Previous busser or restaurant experience preferredEnglish language and professional communications skills are requiredAbility to work in a team environmentComfortable working in a fast paced environmentAvailable to work evenings, weekends and holidaysPhysical Demands
Mobility required during the entire shiftMust be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to eight (8) hours in lengthMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and or up to 25 pounds of force frequently, and / or up to 15 pounds of force constantly to move objectsWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer
