Knowledge : Familiarity with electrical components and systems, such as control panels, wiring, and lighting. Communication & Collaboration : Effective written and verbal skills for working with engineers, clients, and trades. Detail-Oriented & Organized : Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Physical Ability : Able to lift and move up to 25 lbs as required. Project Analysis & Estimation : Review blueprints and technical documents to determine scope, materials, labor, and costs, and develop detailed estimates accordingly. Material Sourcing & Vendor Negotiation : Identify suppliers, negotiate pricing, and ensure cost-effectiveness for materials, labor, and equipment. Compliance & Bid Preparation : Ensure estimates comply with safety standards and legislation; prepare and submit competitive bids. Financial Management : Create cost plans, manage budgets, and monitor financial aspects of the project. Communication & Collaboration : Coordinate with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and trades; attend bid review meetings. Database & Risk Management : Update cost databases regularly and assess project risks to include in estimates. Job Title : Electrical Estimator

Pay Rate : $150-185K + annually
