Crouse’s Communications team is hiring a Full Time Social Media Coordinator.

Pay Range : $58,000.00 - $60,000.00 / annual

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm

Social Media Coordinator Position Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
• Create, edit, and publish daily content, including text, images, and videos, tailored to specific social media platforms.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, including contests and giveaways, to increase engagement and reach.
• Monitor social media metrics, such as engagement rates and follower growth, to evaluate the success of strategies and provide regular reports to leadership.
• Research and identify new trends, platforms, and communication methods to enhance social media efforts.
• Develop long-term strategies and set measurable goals.
• Conduct interviews, draft articles and take photos for internal and external communication pieces.
• Draft and send news releases.
• Assist with special events within and outside the hospital; coordinating with Employee Engagement, Community Engagement, etc. as needed
• Assist with content on the Crouse Insider (intranet) and crouse.org
• Assist with preparation of and participation in employee activity events
• Assist with mailings and the distribution of communications pieces
• Update media list and collect news clips
• Assumes other duties as assigned by leadership.
