• scheduling are for 6 weeks at a time and in that 6-week period there is a requirement for 6 weekend shifts.On Call are 2 call shifts required in a 6-week period.Floating Requirement / is required when the need arises : Medical / Surgical, Behavioral Health, Joint, Emergency DepartmentNurse / Patient ratios are 4 : 1 if an aide is available, with no aide the ratio is 3 : 1Summary : The competent Nurse, in the same or similar clinical setting, practices independently and demonstrates an awareness of all relevant aspects of a situation. Provides routine and complex care, with the ability to on long-range goals or plans. Continues to develop the ability to cope with and manage contingencies of clinical nursing.
