We’re currently looking for an experienced Plant Manager to join their team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative manufacturing environment, we’d love to connect.
Qualifications :
- 10+ years manufacturing leadership, specifically paper and plastic products
- Strong leadership skills, experience leading manufacturing teams (union preferred)
- Bachelors Degree Required (Engineering or Business preferred)
- Experience with P&L’s, budget meeting with Controller
- Collaborative team player, safety & quality knowledge, statistical methodologies
- Strong self-starter, problem solver, communication and presentation skills
