Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pain Management Physician to join our team in Bradenton, FL. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in advanced pain management techniques and a dedication to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients. Key Responsibilities :

Perform a variety of advanced pain management procedures, including radio frequency ablations, injections, kyphoplasty, intrathecal pumps, and spinal cord stimulators. Must do 50 procedures per day.

• Conduct 4-5 procedure days per week, delivering top-tier care to patients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on thorough patient assessments and detailed medical histories.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Actively contribute to practice productivity and patient satisfaction, with opportunities for additional compensation based on performance.

Qualifications :

• Medical degree from an accredited institution and a valid license to practice in Florida.
• Must have a minimum of 3 years experience.
• Board certification in Pain Management or a related field.
• Extensive experience performing pain management procedures, including radio frequency ablations, injections, kyphoplasty, intrathecal pumps, and spinal cord stimulators.
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced work environment while ensuring a high level of patient care and satisfaction.

Compensation & Benefits :

• Competitive Salary : Base salary starting at $500,000 per year.
• Bonus Potential : Up to $40,000 annually, based on patient satisfaction and productivity.
